They were always so friendly and helpful. the location worked very well, offering a calm area within walking distance to sightseeing and restaurants. my room was cleaned daily, and the comfort compared to price was optimal. the breakfast was indeed very good. It was included in the room rate.
The air conditioning was on, and i couldn't switch it off completely. It was a slight discomfort.

i enjoyed the location, near public transport stops. the breakfast offered a very good range. i especially liked the cappuccino served, it was excellent.
the room felt stuffy and hot. i could not turn on the a/c. also, i did not love the mattress and pillows, so i had a hard time sleeping.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, even assisting with directions and recommendations. The hotel's location allowed easy access to many restaurants and nearby parks. I requested and received vegan croissants. They were specially made and delicious. The breakfast provided a good selection of items each morning.
The room had only plastic cups and lacked proper glasses.

I found the staff very helpful. They gave excellent travel advice. The complimentary breakfast included a good variety of choices. My lovely balcony overlooked the inner courtyard.
The plastic cups in the room were a bit of a disappointment. I think glassware would have been a nice touch for evening tea, at least.
